ESPN EL CLÁSICO 2022 

I was commisioned by Crinimo.tv (Santiago, Chile) to work on the graphic proposal for the upcoming 2022 "Clásico" by ESPN. This years promo was focused on the beginings and history of this legendary rivalry and most importantly to commemorate the influence of Latinos in "El Clásico". The special content will be featured across ESPN’s linear and digital properties in English and Spanish.

For the graphics the idea was to use rough textures, uneven edges, ink strokes, dynamic colours and typography to bring together a solid piece that adds an interesting feel for this year's version of the promo for the "Clásico". I worked together alongside @-luismejia- who did an amazing job in the animation process.

Initial Styleframe Proposal for ESPN's "El Clásico" 

The idea was to create a set of abstact composition frames that could be later used for any footage of the promo for "El Clásico". Using crooked video frames, textures, halftones, dynamic typography and vibrant colours to add depth and rythm in animation.

Second round Styleframe Proposal for ESPN's "El Clásico" 

The idea was to create an abstact composition using historical pictures and footage, going from a more busier, colorful look towards a more cleaner vintage look addding some dynamic typography and titles.
